Suiting with the international financial market, the business demarcation line between the bank, security and insurance of our country will be broken finally. The whole financial structure will be reconfigured; the new inter-trade financial institution of shareholding system will increase day by day. Seeing that the multi-level system of financial institution of our country will exist for a long time, the large-scale financial holding company and specialized financial institution will be coexist in the Chinese mixed operation mode.So, setting up the mixed operation system should be the developing direction that our country set up the modern monetary system. It is the important sign that the whole quality of financial circles of our country improves and the ability to supervisestrengthens, and the important guarantee of our country strengthening the opening to the outside world of financial circles, participating in financial globalization actively and improving the international competitiveness of financial circles.
