In early 1980s, in order to distract their redundant employees, and solve the job-problem of unemployed teenagers or employee's spouses, many state electric power enterprises and departments begun to establish various-service-company. These companies , however, form the rudiments of diversified-management domestic electric industry. However, along with the continuous development of China's market economy, the construction and methodology of management in Electric Industry also changed a lot, made recognizable progress, many pertain companies of the electric enterprises, also namely the electric power diversified-managing companies, also obtain continuous development and their scale grow larger and larger . So far , the production value and tax created by them accounts for a big part of the total created by nation's electric industry . But to day ,China's social market economy has been making steady progress and has been consummating itself day by day , China had been more open to the world after it enter the WTO; the natural monopolization of domestic electric power industry has gradually been broken, electric power market booms, electric power diversified-managing companies, which are hypo genetic from the very beginning, has emerged many internal problems such as the indistinct property right., the unscientific section right frame, the invalid incentive system, the low production or service level, and the lack of competitive ability, and so on . If these problems were not solved properly, it will have much negative impact on not only the continuous development of electric power, but also the reform and development of the whole nation's electric power industry .In this article, under the direction of the principles of modern management theory economy management theoretic, market economy theory,studied and analyzed the problems that exists in current aomestic diversified-managing companies, expounded the interrelated theories in the field of diversified-management and modem corporate system, probed into the stickingpoints and their causes of the reform of diversified-managing companies, also, discussed on the problems that need to be solved in the process of reform on the corporate system.This article paid mush attention not only to the direction and study of theory, but also to the analysis and discussion of practical problems. The study on this subject would be meaningful to draw the attention from people in and out of this field, and also, to promote the reform and the development of diversified-managing companies.
