Research On The Entrusted Asset Management Of Chinese Securities Companies

With the continuous reformation and development of the economy and finance of our country, the competition in securities industry is becoming more and more keen. The securities companies are trying to innovate new business to make the business modernized and diversified. Asset management is the important way for the securities companies, and entrusted asset management that is one kind of the asset management has become more important in all of the Chinese securities companies' business. So this thesis selects the entrusted asset management of securities companies as the content to study.This thesis consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, the thesis explains the entrusted asset management by the concept, characters and function. Then it researches on the actuality of the asset management of foreign securities companies and educes the apocalypse for Chinese securities companies. The second chapter analyses the actuality of Chinese securities companies' entrusted asset management and point out the characteristics and defects. Then the thesis put forward and analyzes the factors that influence the development of the entrusted asset management of Chinese securities companies. On the basis of the former analysis, the third chapter thinks we should develop the entrusted asset management from two aspects: One is to build the business environment; the other is to improve the capability and reinforce the business operation from the angle of securities companies. And for each aspect, the thesis put forward the detailed measures.
