In new century, human will enter in the Information Economic era of producing, occupying, allocating, consuming the knowledge resource with the character of high technology. The coming of Information Technology (IT) Age will give bring the opportunity and menace as never before to the enterprise, IT alters the normal form of exterior environment and interior framework in enterprise, no enterprise can separate its development with IT. Since IT reduces the limit of information acquisition, analysis and reaction greatly, it makes the change of surrounding outside enterprise more quickly, so enterprise has to fix attention to the prompt apperception and reflection to the change, it also makes the possibility of enterprise long-term in possession of certain kind of competition prevalence never exist, enterprise can not be safe in old-time resplendence and have to innovate constantly to fit in with the requisition of the exterior environment diversity.Therefore the awakening enterprises are researching deeply into how to operate more availably in the distributional and interlinked world. Varied optimistic evidence indicated the boom market of the realm associated to Knowledge Management and Cooperation, so developing the new knowledge Network Collaborative Commerce Platform becomes very urgent.Supported by the National Nature Science Fund-"research on the theories and methods of Network-based Cooperative Commerce Chain"(NO.70172016), based on the theory of Intellective Collaboration Principle, routed by the agent-oriented technology, aim to develop a collaborative platform provided with practical application value, by the way of incorporating the theory with the practice, the paper discussed the Research on the Coordinate System of Collaborative Commerce based on Multi Agent System at large.In Chapter 1, starting from the problem of enterprise informationalization, it set forth the concept and optimize function and development direction of Collaborative Commerce based on the further analysis of the research actuality of Collaborative Commerce, it put forward the way of thinking of Coordinate System of Collaborative Commerce and established the total frame and the primary innovation of the paper.In Chapter 2, begun with the concept, property and inner structure of the key technology-IA, it discussed the definition of the MAS and develop method of (AO) Agent-Oriented, subsequently it generalized the feature, actuality and difficulties of the application of IA, finally it described recently study progress and development trend of AO.In Chapter 3, firstly it introduced the definition of negotiation and category ofnegotiation including language, decision-making and process, based on the introduction above, it presented two fundamental theory methods of negotiation question study consist of axiom and strategy, secondly it explore the principle and technology and cooperation between the IA, after initiating briefly CPS formalization frame through the comprehension of controlling the intelligent status of Agent action involved of promise, appointment and intention, finally got the process of finding the solution of cooperation question.In Chapter 4, it introduced the idea and the model of Collaborative Unit with the object of reasonable revolve of business work flow ultimately by the way of sensible distribution of commerce resource in Collaborative Commerce System and ensuring the dynamic coordination of Commerce Agent independently, simultaneously advanced the concept of Commerce Collaborative Agent (CCAgent) and determined its concrete function, it adopted the bidding system, established elementary operators related, realized the legitimate collocation of Collaborative Commerce mission using the model above and brought forward the competitive holding-bid tactics of bidding assignment, eventually it introduce the key-path method to optimization coordination of Collaborative Commerce mission between the CCAgents.In Chapter 5, at the beginning it illustrated the Multi Agent Collaborative Commerce System f...
