Studies On The Problems Of Heilongjiang Province Forestry Industry Capital Operation

Heilongjiang Province is the biggest state-owned forest region. In the region forestry possesses a quite important position in the economic and social lives. The development of the forest industry deeply affected the rise and decline of the economic in Heilongjiang Province. At present , the efficiency of the capital operation of the forest industry in the province is not very good. There are lots of problems existing in the forestry industry.This paper uses the relevant knowledge of economics and management synthetically, adopting the method that quantitative analysis combines with qualitative analysis, combining the concrete conditions of the capital operation of forest industry in the Heilongjiang province have done concrete and deepen research on the question of capital operation of forest industry.This thesis have studied the issues of capital operation on Heilongjiang Province forest industry from four respects. First of all, the thesis have explained the meaning , content and the characteristics that the capital operation , the concept of the capital operation of the forest industry and the difference with the traditional capital operation; Secondly, the paper have introduced the basic situation of forest industry of Heilongjiang Province. And carried on a thorough and painstaking analysis on the state of the capital operation; The third, Through the analysis of the current situation, pointed out the questions existing in all respects of the capital operation of the forest industry of Heilongjiang Province and the reasons that the questions have formed; The fourth, The tactics to the capital operation of forest industry of Heilongjiang Province are discussed; at zhe same time according to the goal of the capital operation of forest industry, the index of the capital operation with characteristics of forest industry have been propsed from two aspects with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.
