Study Of The Capital Operation In Agricultural Industry

The operation of agricultural industry (OAI) is another great creation of china' s the economy of rural area after the household contract system. The OAI's high-speed expansion has become the most energetic growth point of the economy in rural area. However,the OAI's advantages have weakened gradually or even disappeared accompanied with the establishe and perfect of the socialism market economy system and the change of the OAI' s development environment. Simultaneously,the intrinsic defects of the OAI begin to appear. It proves that OAI can not expand on the road of simply duplicating construction and simplifying,low-level,and low-graded growth,it need to be further reform and innovated.The capital Operation,as a great trend of the OAI' s approach change and idea innovation,is going to be a great power of the OAI's development. This paper tries to explore the necessities and prospect of The Capital Operation of Agricultural Industry (COAI). And to supply the theoretic background and guidance for the further development of the OAI by the systemic study on the issues of the COAI,according to the theoretic base of economics and administration.The paper takes the logic train of thoughts as followings:three "ask " must be given to the study of COAI,that is:firstly,COAI must perform Capital Operation. And how to perform or what' s the method finally the results of COAI.The chapter I,problems and challenges of the OAI are discussed,which serve as the base for presenting the OAI issues. At same time,based on introduction and definition of connotationof Capital Operation and relevant concepts,expounded the necessity and significance of the COALThe chapter II,the present situation of the COAI,include the questions of ideas,source of capital,the system of ownership,and so on. And mainly focused on analyses and evaluation of the COAI.The chapter III,mainly focused on analyses and evaluation of the COAI's way and Methods. And emphasize on how to survey and evaluate the outputs of the COAI. The paper points out that The COAI into two basic types,direct capital operation pattern and cumulative pattern. Based on those two patterns this study paid special attention on describing and explaining the most important and original approach in the two different paten,such as enterprises merger and acquisition and stock and bond and rent,and so on. The last particularly studied on risks of the COAI and corresponding prevention interventions.
