Study On The Measuring Of Economic Costs Caused By The Destruction Of Ecosystem And The Countermeasures

The environment crisis includes the environment pollution and the destruction of ecosystem. The governments of all the world, the departments of environment protection and many experts exclaimed that we should cherish the earth and protect our environment since 1960s'. But because of all kinds of reason, the destruction of ecosystem hasn't to be controlled effectively. There are many points from which we can research the environment crisis. This paper tries to research the destruction of ecosystem included in the environment issues from point of the economic costs.This paper establishes the ecological value notion in line with the development of the modern society from the theory of the ecological value. The important content of the ecological value notion is the formation of the ecological value. This paper compares the existed classification system of ecological value and deems that the classification system of Pearce (1994) is integration. But because of the fact circumstance and the purpose of the measuring of economic costs caused by the destruction of ecosystem, this paper doesn't measure as the classification system of Pearce in the fact example. The main task of this paper is to measure the economic costs caused by the destruction of forest ecosystem in the Wanzhou district of Chongqing city. Before measuring the economic costs, this paper analysis the economical reason of the destruction of ecosystem, then it discusses the calculation methodology and the issues which should be pay attention to when we measure the economic costs caused by the destruction of ecosystem. After studing the existed four kinds of calculate items ofeconomic costs caused by the destruction of the forest system in details, this paper expounds the calculate items of the forest ecosystem of Wanzhou district. On this base , this paper measures the economic costs caused by the destruction of the forest ecosystem of Wanzhou district incorporating the fact circumstance. This paper gets the reorder of the forest function descent degree and the result that the destruction of the forest ecosystem of Wanzhou district cause serious economic costs. Because of the lacking of the basis data, the calculating of this paper is not integration. This paper concentrates on the measuring of the economic costs caused by the destruction of the piece forest, while it doesn't study the economic costs caused by the degradation of the forest ecosystem .The meaning of this paper is to supply a kind of frame to measure the economic costs caused by the destruction of forest ecosystem in Chongqing city, and prepare to more wide-ranging measuring.Then this paper analysis the economical methods which will be applied on controlling the destruction of ecosystem. The analysis is concentrated on the economical methods because this paper believes that the justified economical methods applied on controlling the destruction of ecosystem is the most effective.
