| The development of contemporary enterprises is not only emphasizing the economy, but also connected with the social culture which supports it. Therefore,"Corporate Culture"is put forward to meet the demand of the times first in America at the end of 1970's and the beginning of 1980's . In pace with the deepening of Chinese structural reforms and the constructing of Chinese marketing economic system, the theory of corporate culture spreads in China and is put into practice. But corporate culture is not simply to link enterprises and culture; it has deeper intension and certain structure. Corporate culture will be analyzed from four levels in the thesis to demonstrate that corporate culture is an integrated system that can help enterprises to raise the efficiency of business management through a series of value judgments, working attitudes and behavioral rules. On the basis of above theory,the thesis maintains that Chinese enterprises facing sharp competition must build corporate culture that has Chinese characteristics. During the course of construction,Chinese enterprises must pay more attention to resource advantages,carry forward the essence of traditional culture and absorb modern regulatory theory and ideas in the world. In modern days,Chinese enterprise also need to emphasize speed,blaze new trails,study continually and look for cooperation in competition to build corporate culture with Chinese characteristics in the end. All of above content will be explained in the thesis. |
