This thesis provides a detailed discusses regarding how to establish a sales management system in the medicine industry from three aspects.The first aspect is to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of six selling models adopted widely and its using scope and phases by comparison, which includes proxy, monopolistic purchasing, distribution, direct-selling, assistant-selling and direct-run. Based on the actual application of marketing models in the medicine industry, we provide an analysis about the direct-selling model of Jinansanzhu and the assistant-selling model of Changshashuanghe.The second aspect is to combine the historical and actual analysis by synthesis and the sale practicality to demonstrate a league-cooperation marketing model, which is developed from assistant-selling model and direct-selling model, keep their advantages and avoiding its shortage, which resolving successfully diffluent problem with people, property and goods in selling process. To the production enterprise, output by the products and management model may get net control efficiently, marketing extent with lower cost and canonical management. To the ally, it is a dream for them to be a boss and create business with lower venture. So, it will be a win-win league. The league-cooperation marketing model is similar to the franchise model in catering trade now, which is been copied successfully all over the country. At the present, it has not been found in medicine industry, so this article is an innovation.The last aspect is to narrate the management of league-cooperation marketing model.
