Perfection Of Legal Systems Concerning Trade Associations

Trade associations are indispensable links and ligaments to realize optimized resource allocations under the market economy. Their establishments and operations concern quite a few legal areas, which not only enrich the researches on such science areas but also impose upon them challenges. The paper attempts for the first time to conduct systematic studies on such theoretical issues as the concepts, types, characters, characteristics, statuses, values and functions of trade associations. Through the exploration and analysis about the statuses and values of trade associations under the market economy, and also through the comparisons between the Sino-western trade association systems, the paper tries to use for reference to analyze the realities and existing hot issues of our trade associations, and furthermore the paper, from legislative point of view, puts forward the author's personal opinions about the perfection of legal systems concerning trade associations.
