Tentative Study On The Construction Of The Complete Liquidation System Of Chinese Enterprises

The paper makes analysis to the enterprise's liquidation (hereinafter "EL") system and relative laws and regulations, exploring the legal problems which exiting in all kinds of EL methods and relevant liquidation legal system. On the base of that, the writer try to explain the importance of how to construct the completely legal protecting system during the EL procedure, the writer trusts through making amendment, supplement and modification to current laws and regulations, is surely benefit for the EL development in China. To do this work is very important to improve the development level of the domestic economy and beneficial for the country.The paper is mainly made up with six parts and follows:First main part is just the Chapter 1, this part defines the concept of EL and introduce the common theories and characters of EL.Second main part including Chapter 2,3,4, in which, the writer introduces and analysis the different types of EL system and explores the current legal defects. The writer emphasize the importance of Justice check in EL and also explains how to do the fair work for each party in the EL.Third main part including chapter 5,6 which sets forth the relevant resolutions in EL and wishes to set up a wholly liquidation system in China. This part plays crucial role in the whole paper.
