There are several actors who have dangerous actions. However, it's unknown whose action caused the damaged result. The system of joint dangerous act solutes the problem that who should be responsible for the damaged result. Compared innocent actors with innocent injured parties, the former should be more imputed and take the responsibility. There are three factors for joint dangerous act: the actors' pluralism, all the actors have the dangerous acts and the damaged result is caused by one or more actors who are unknown. Subjectively, actors whose acts didn't cause the damaged result are faulty too. But all the actors have no meaning exchange. Actors' faulty has many kinds of combinatorial mode. Objectively, joint acts are not necessary. The danger of acts exists before the damage. Causality of joint dangerous act is putative. The joint dangerous actors take joint and several liability to the outside while have recourse to do inside. What's more, they have two species of ground of pleading. We should learn from the advanced countries and establish such a system in legislation on act of infringement.
