The backward will block the development. With the development of economy continued and quickly in the world, it is connected with science, technology, culture and law. Infringement upon intellectual property is more and more. The degree of protecting intellectual property in our country is lower than most other countries in the world. There is not the same opinion about the conception, responsibility principle of infringement upon intellectual property. Now, the civil responsibility institution of infringement upon intellectual property cannot protect intellectual property well. It cannot effectively prevent from infringing intellectual property. The law of civil responsibility of infringement upon intellectual property is not perfect. My thesis is about to firmly believe the act, the civil responsibility and responsibility principle of the infringement upon intellectual property.The aim of my thesis is that the civil responsibility institution of infringement upon intellectual property will be continually perfect and the measures of protecting intellectual property will be perfect and strengthened.
