After ten years development, China capital market has made magnificent progress, and all participants are becoming mature. At the same time, the market is accepting the international value-oriented investment ideas, and is stepping into value-oriented investment age. To capital market, how to provide better tools of value judgment for investors and how to help Chinese corporations' value creating are urgent problems that need to be researched and resolved.Starting with general demand of theoretical and actual corporation value, from the perspective of investors, this thesis investigates the influential aspects of Neusoft's corporation value by qualitative and quantitative research. These influential aspects include business environment, financial status, and varieties of value-driven factors.Firstly, the thesis briefly introduces and summarizes the Neusoft's operation status, the situation of software industry, China's macroeconomic, and primarily discusses the future of Neusoft.Secondly, the thesis summarizes the historical operation status of Neusoft by analyzing its financial status, and forecasts its future operation status according to the results of analysis. At the same time, the thesis analyzes the changes of Neusoft's value-driven factors.Thirdly, on the basis of these influential aspects, this thesis mainly uses free cash flow model and EVA model to analyze the Neusoft's corporation value. This is the main content of this thesis including the forecasting of sales, the analysis of WACC, the analysis of durative-operating value, and so on.At last, in view of existing problems with Chinese corporations, the thesis produces a framework for Chinese corporations' value creating and investment suggestion. Furthermore the thesis discusses the free cash flow model and EVA model.
