The Performance Of Chinese Listed Companies Merger & Acquisition And The Analysis Of Strategy

This thesis is an attempt to provide a systematic research to theperformance of M&A in China. Under the guidance of the theory ofM&A, it argues that the goal of M&A is composed of M&A in US andUK, it gives some idea and advice about improving the return ofChinese M&A. The thesis is divided into five chapters chapters except forewordand epilogue. Chapter 1 is the theoretical base for the thesis and actuallythe starting point in logic. After showing western theory, chaper2 takesan overall look on the experience of M&A in western countries. Chapter3&4 intends to analyze synthetically and systematically the goal ofM&A and he performance of Chinese listed companies. Chapter 5attempts to put forward some proposals to improve the return of ChineseM&A. Especially, the thesis gives some models on the performance ofM&A.
