Research On Supplier Selection Under Supply Chain Management

The competition in 21 century is no more located among enterprises, but in all the supply chains. To maximize the supply chain benefit, the stable and the efficient supply chain should provided. Therefore, the critical step in constructing of the supply chain is supplier selection.This paper spreads out just based on the above background. In most researches of supplier selection presently, there are two problems as follows: (1) The classify methods are always alike and the production model is not been considered. This will lead to incomplete of supplier evaluating indicator. (2) Although have been quantitative analyzed and simplified, most evaluation methods can't be carried out effectively in supplier evaluation and selection under supply chain management because of the disaccord of the methods' trait and the condition.The main content of this paper can be described as follow:1, Discuss the important of supplier selection under supply chain management. This part narrates the development, concept and main content of supply chain management, and emphasize the significant function of supplier selection. The character of supplier selection under supply chain management is simply presented in this part, as well.2, Study about the supplier classification. After analyzed several classifying method, the author presents a new method to classify supplier based on product. That it is: supplier as module-supplier, part-supplier, raw material-supplier and logistic-supplier. The relationship between core enterprise and all type of supplier has also been discussed in this part.3, Study about the supplier evaluation indicator system. This part of research is composed of establishing and analysis of module-supplier indicator system and logistical indicator system. This part presents AHP method to set the weight of indicator and criteria.4, Study about selection step and evaluation method. In preliminary assessment, the author chooses filtrating with Threshold arithmetic. The Fuzzy-Game Analysis is applied in module-supplier selection. As to cooperation partner, the Euclid Norm method and (0-1) programming are integrated to evaluate and select logistics-supplier. And BP model can easily carry out in supplier daily evaluation.5, Case study. Analyze the supplier selection system of Foton Motor Co.,Ltd.
