More and more important role SMP (small-medium sized privately owned corporations) have beening played in making jobs, increasing finance income and meeting the social needs. At the same time, the finance conflicts come into being severity between the SMP and the finance organization. The Hung Ming Group bases on the undeveloping area, but now it's the largest professional privately owned corporation. How does Huang Ming Group resolve the finance problem?Aim at above questions, the author exercised interrelated fruit about this problem, such as "Comparative Advantage Theory", "Corporation Lifecycle Theory" etc., discussed the finance, strategy, financial target and management.This thesis pointed out "It's industry drives finance". If it wants to improve the finance environment, the SMP has to carry out the strategy of "Finance drived by industry ". The author summed up the successful experiences of Huang Ming Group pointed out the mainly problems and advice. In this part, the author advanced four modes which adopted the SMPs, pointed out the essentiality of consummating the inside environment of corporation and methods, then brought forward the meaning and ways to consummate the inside environment of SMP.In the third part (the fifth chapter), The author pointed out the important role of government and suggestion improve outside finance environment of SMP from legal system , macro-economy environment and medi-sevice system.The finance problem of SMP is a fir-new topic, there are strong social meaning and practice value. The author took the Huang Ming Group as example in a creative way, expatiated the relation between the industry and finance, and offered a useful revelation to resolve the finance problem for SMP.
