| Financial innovation involves innovations of institution, market and instrument etc.and the instrument innovation is the main part. At present, the service and instrument innovation has become the important content between domestic and foreign banks competition. After more than 20 years' development, China has made excellent innovation explore in institutional system, management system, financial market, financial service, instrument and technology etc. But compared with international innovation, there still exists wide gap. Facing the double pressure from domestic economy marketlization and entry into international finance system, commercial banks strive for financial innovation more and more strongly.Based on the relevant theories about financial innovation, this paper investigates the financial service network product innovation of CITIC Industrial Bank comprehensively. Firstly, this paper probes into the concept, yields, risks and relevant theories of financial service network product after analyzing the investigation background. Then discusses the foreign experiences and domestic present situation of the product. And studies the necessity of CITIC to develop financial service network product innovation through summing up its development history and evaluate its competitiveness, otherwise, this paper summarizes the thoughtway of CITIC to develop financial service network product innovation, summarizes the experiences and problems in practice from which derives the suggestions and future directionfor CITIC to develop its financial service network products. The main aim of this paper is hoped to contribute little to the innovation practice of financial service network product of CITIC.
