Sustainable Growth Of The Private Enterprises-Based On The Researth Of The Evolution Of Competency

The private economy is an important power of society economy development in China. The sustainable growth of the private enterprises is not only the same aim for private entrepreneurs, but also the microeconomic basis of the macroeconomic stably running. Facing the difficult environments, it is a very important realistic meaning task that how can private enterprises break through the life limits of enterprises growth and keep sustainable healthy growth, by identifying itself development characteristics and periods, and building the dynamic learning mode. Having studied development actuality of our private enterprises as a whole, this paper has researched the evolution of competency based on evolution theory and lifecycle theory and capability theory, by combining the theory deduction analysis and the correlative demonstration method. Using for reference typical case, discusses the relation of the sustainable growth and the evolution of competency, and approves enterprise system and entrepreneurship and innovation environment effect the degree ofcompetency by the normative demonstration method, and gets the important conclusion that capability structures in different development periods is not same, learning which determining dynamic capability is influenced by the operating process capability and status and the capability of identifying development chance. On the theory and demonstration research, this paper puts forward that, by the innovation of system and entrepreneurship and growth surroundings, can realize the adjustment of capability structures that meets the competency advance during private enterprise's different development periods. From the point of sustainable development of private enterprises, this paper discusses learning mode of forming dynamic capability, and puts forward concerned plans and measures. Along with our country joining WTO, primary studies about how private enterprises absorb and innovate the new competition stratagem to advance competency (such strategic alliance) are put up.
