The Countermeasures Study For Using Of Private Capital In Road Construction Of China

This paper gives a brief introduction of the finance status quo of road construction of our country, analyzes the main factors that restrict the development of road construction, the necessity, significance and feasibility of using private capital in road construction. Using the experience of both home and abroad for reference and combining the practical situation of our country, this paper proposes the suggestion that use the project finance means of BOT, TOT and ABS to raise private capital for road construction under the present simple finance situation which is seriously short of fund, mainly depend on loan. On the basis of the professional theory of engineering economy and administration, the problems that should be paid attention to in the use of private capital for road construction by the above mentioned project finance means are analyzed and studied in this paper and the author's view for this is also be put forwarded. In the end, the author give her view about the policies and countermeasures that the country should take in accelerating and promoting private capital raising for road construction in a macroscopical point of view.
