Aiming at the problem of the cost management in power plant, analyzed the strategic environment of the power plant, layout the strategic programs of the power plant. Because of its characteristics is that power generation, power supply and power application completed at the same time. Therefore to make sure that cost leader strategy. The clear and definite circumstance in fixed position in strategy, analyzed the main measure that to cut down the operation cost of the power plant. In order to improve the activeness of the power plant, discussed the achievement standard of calculation and evaluation of power plant.
