The studyon the coal-fired power plant environmental cost is most important, it is propitious forthe power plant to reduce pollution actively. Based on theory of economics, especiallyenvironment economics and technology economics, the technologies of reducing thepollutant emission and the policies of environmental economies are summarized, in thispaper, calculating models for the power plant environmental cost are put forward andutilized to calculate the cost of Luohuang power plant.
