Companies in the future will focus their competition on the customer, which is in effect the competition of information. Therefore, it is fundamental for companies to gain competitiveness that one should establish the customer-focused medical apparatus companies' information incorporation to improve its ability to deal with and handle information. For this situation, this paper analyzes marketing model and urgent Enterprise Management's problems of Chinese medical apparatus companies, indicates strategy of implement CRM for medical apparatus companies, and proposes the CRM plan which will satisfy the needs of China medical apparatus companies.This article first analyzes the development's situation of Chinese medical apparatus industry, and probes into the connotation of CRM, then explain in detail the marketing features and main marketing model of medical apparatus industry, and existing problems in the marketing, sale management and customer-service receipt management of medical apparatus companies as well as the needs of CRM of them, then proposes the CRM plan, and last make tianjin baina medical apparatus company for example, carry into demonstration research, substantiate necessary and feasibility of implementing CRM in medical apparatus companies.The solution strategy and plan proposing by this paper, effectively solve problem in medical apparatus industry customer management, upgrade operational efficiency and decision-making ability of enterprise. It has grate application value in China medical apparatus companies.
