Study On The Internet Addiction Of College Students

As one of the outstanding consequence of the modern science & technology revolution, information network like antenna has been spreading to every field of social production and life. It is causing changes in the living, working and intercommunicating style of modern people and giving convulsion and concussion that never experienced before to the people's mental world. College students are the most active and sensitive intellectual in the society, they are always the most sensitively people who experience such changes and concussion. On the one hand, internet as a kind of new technological method has become an efficient instrument for the college students to learn knowledge, and as a kind of virtual activity space and intercommunication ground has become the environment to foster interests and improve sentiment. On the other hand, the convenient and virtual character of internet has a great attraction to the college students, and internet is a fad in the group of college students. All of those make internet that a kind of new scientific and technological method has a great effect on the college students in the proceeding of forming personality and behavior pattern of them. Some college students are over enthralled by network; take the internet as a shelter to avoid the pressure from the study, life and the real society. They can not study and intercommunicate normally; hence they make the behaviors to disobey the discipline, law and moral. It greatly harms the shaping of college students, and has caused people's great attention to it. This is the main reason for me to accomplish this paper.At present, the study about internet culture is concentrated on the influence of network to the human's producing and living method, the moral problem in internet society. And the study on the phenomenon of individual over rely on the internet and the problem behavior caused by it, although it is already caused attention of the society, there is no deep study about it, and this topic only rarely be seen in the other papers. This paper adopts both the theoretical analyzing and demonstration study methods, designs the questionnaire survey, and usesstatistics method to analyze the conclusion in order to study the affection factors and problem behaviors which put forward by the theory, verify and correct the conclusion of the theory analyzing, in order to work out the reason and mechanism of network rely.This paper consists of four chapters. In the first chapter, author introduces the character of network and behaviors in the internet. And systematically analyzes the concept of internet addiction. The relationships between the internet addiction as a kind of problem behavior and other rely behaviors. The category of internet addiction behaviors and the standard of diagnosis. In the second chapter, the author quantitatively analyzes the college students internet addiction problem according to the questionnaire survey. And analyzes the harm of internet addiction for the college students about the study, idea, relationship, value view and so on. In the third chapter, from the view of culture, mentality, consciousness, technology, management and society, deeply analyzes the cause reason of internet addiction. In the last chapter, solutions. Gives two methods and tactics from the individual and social scales to rectify internet addition. In order to provide decision-making proofs for the construction of internet culture and educating and managing college students.
