In the area of knowledge economy, intellectual staff have become the most precious assets in the firms. This part of staff will be the engine of the company if they are designed to take important tasks because they have received higher education and have an excellent command of professional knowledge, skills, high creativity and independence as well. On the other hand, if they leave the company due to ill management, they will inevitably bring an inestimable loss. Therefore, how to manage and encourage intellectual staff undoubtedly brings a new challenge to our modern human resources management department from every aspect such as ideas, methods etc.It has been a long history since the formation of the theory of human management. A variety of researchers home and abroad have a deep investigation into it. However, this theory is not clear. Based on this factor, the article exerts the knowledge of economics, administration and psychology to make a bold analysis on the necessity that the modern firms put personality into practice, analyzes carefully the implication, basic characters and the system of management, makes the theory of human management which was put forth previously more specific, and becomes a useful and necessary complement.Personality management has an important meaning in our daily life. By means of setting up the simple but scientific organization such as flatten organization and rectangle organization, adopting the channel of smooth information exchange and the modern methods of combining several encouragement approaches, constructing a kind of harmonious and encouraging company culture, providing a broad platform to show the artistic talents, the model can reserve the will of the people really and successfully.
