Noshery is the basic marketing channel of Fast Food Company. But as the developed degree of the urban commerce was raised day-by-day, very good geographical position has been already very difficult to find. Fast food enterprises often compare different acquisitive address to choose "100%" shop location. It is a more and more realistic question for fast food enterprises. According to this situation, this thesis practice at the foundation in a large number of market survey, based on theory of commercial circles, to set up one mode and method in acquisitive address. At last, combining the fast food project of XDF Group, We practice the model and method, for reference to similar enterprises.This thesis is composed of six parts. The first part is an introduction of fast food profession; the second part is theory of commercial circles; the third part is factor analysis; the fourth part is the model and method; the fifth part is analysis of XDF case; the last part is conclusion.
