There is a little more the thesis aiming at helping electronical manufacturers implement the SCM into is not a few, but little thesis aiming at the consulting process of implement of the SCM for electronical manufacturers.Therefore, this thesis studies the consulting process of implement of the SCM for electronical manufacturers. The study is as follows.1 .From the angle of organization management and the SCM software, this paper studies the consulting process of implement of the SCM for electronical manufacturers, including three process: the prophase preparation, the metaphase implement and the anaphase service.2.For the prophase preparation, this paper studies how to investigate, how to demonstrate and how to compose solution..3. For the metaphase implement, this paper studies the compatibility, the training, the investigation of total demand and the solution to the projection.4.For the anaphase service, this paper studies the evaluation system of SCM, the followed-up service and so on.
