Network economics is known as Internet economics. In the environment of Internet economy, the information services, offered by Internet ,make the speed ,depth and scope of grasping information more smoothly than the before several generations , and has brought the enormous change different to the traditional economic mode ,with various kinds of questions and opportunities. The sign of Internet economy forming is the service by Internet. Particularly, Internet economy is the economy of information industry and information services, namely information economy. The appearance of Internet economy mean that a thorough social change has already come, the background of which is the constant acceleration to integrate the global market. From the overall point of view, Internet economy will bring the change to the overall situation of all of the national economy, relying mainly on the traditional industrial economy.Within the Internet economy environment, all the basic change has taken place in various kinds of economic behaviors and operation ways. The digital products are regarded as the embodying of network economical operation. The equilibrium of the products price and the price forming mechanism demonstrate the difference from the traditional economic environment too.This thesis is to discuss the particularity meaning of Internet economy at first. And the further discussion is about the market structure, in which the equilibrium of the market price is formed, with the influence from both sides of supply and demand to the market. After defining the structure of theinformation product market of information under Internet economy environment, the pricing modes of the information products will be studied deeply. And there is a rational prediction to the development trends of the digital services and information products.
