Presently, MSE of China has gained a notable achievement, but facing numerous difficulty, among those, financing, especially loan from bank is more difficulty, and have been a bottleneck for the survive and development of MSE. How to handle this problem? The method mostly used in abroad is to establish the credit guarantee finance institution of MSE and credit guarantee system of MSE.Mianyang, position second in SiChuan province. The development of MSE in Mianyang has played a critical role in prosperous economy, provided working opportunity, pushed demand, transformed high technology achievement. But financing difficulty and guarantee difficulty are foremost factor hindering the development of SME in Mianyang. Though credit guarantee finance institution of MSE in Mianyang has been established, institution existed many sides that need to be improved.This thesis, through extensive investigation on site for present situation of MSE credit guarantee finance in Mianyang, incorporated relevant theory of MSE credit guarantee with the present development of MSE credit guarantee in domestic and abroad, analysis the guarantee financing case of Mianyang Zijiang Electronic Ltd. Study the guarantee operation of Mianyang Tianli Credit Guarantee Ltd. in detail, point out . the problem existed in MSE credit guarantee institution in Mianyang. At last, the thesis gave the strategy and proposal of how to improving the credit guaranty system in Mianyang.
