Research On Digital Camera Sale Model For MOE Company

Digital camera is a new product .It is a high speed increase in the digital camera market of China. But in Chinese market, the foreign brands are in absolute advantage. There are some confuses of local digital camera companies: which sale model is suitable for the company of China? Which sale model is valid in Chinese market ?In this paper , we made a new market position for MOE company in the base of analyzing the sale situation of MOE company . After analyzed the whole market , we designed a new sale model-Aidsale model for MOE company.In the first part .
