On The Establishment Of Testimony Showing System Of Criminal Procedure In Our Country

The testimony showing system of criminal procedure which is referred as a quite important concept and system in judicial action of the litigantism or the litigantism-like has been paid closer attention and accepted by academic circle, judicial circle and legislative bodies in our country. As the testimony showing system is a new topic in our judicial realm, and it has stronger theoretical basis and actual workability, the law science and judicial circles have quite different understanding upon its basic theory and value orientation, thus multiple operation modes have been appeared in judicial practice. Therefore it is necessary to make further research.
