| This article tries to analyse the theory of coordination between fairness and efficiency in criminal judgement. Affirming the value of simple procedure of criminal case, it produces the related system of simple procedure of abroad to try a case. Under the current criminal lawsuits system, focusing on the nation's legislation and judicature. I advocate to extend the scope of using simple procedure, and to seek a new type of procedure which simplifies the justice of common procedure. And gradually establish the multiple system of trying cases in simple procedure.
