While carrying out the important "western China Big Development" strategy policy of China central government now, Chengdu city is stepping out to build up the high land of western economy with its position advantage and special resources, and influence and push other cities as central city. More and more companies from other provinces and overseas are setting up their branches in Chengdu so as to develop western China market. Some of these branches meet problems when they are working.This thesis chooses the office in Chengdu of Trident Co., Ltd. who is one medical treatment equipment company from Taiwan, and analyze and diagnose its problems. This thesis includes four parts: Part 1 introduces the basic situation of the thesis and basic principle of the diagnosis. Part 2 introduce the background of Trient Co., Ltd. with its history, products and market situation, and the marketing situation of products and service before Chengdu office. Part 3 analyzes and diagnoses its problems about market, products,channel & organization, and discover the problems. Part 4 supplies relevant solve solution and layout according to the discovered problems and management theories forthis office.The problems in this thesis have determinate universalism, and this thesis suggests applied clue and solution for similar offices.
