The rule of exclusion of illegal evidences for administrative litigation is a very important rule to guide the application of evidences for administrative litigation .And it is also a very important and sensitive issue for the verification of evidence for administrative litigation in our country at present.This paper begins with the concept of illegal evidence for administrative litigation and makes some analyses into the present stipulations on the rule of exception of illegal evidences for administrative persecution in China today through the definition of the rule of exclusion of illegal evidences for administrative litigation and the study of philosophical and law foundations that support the rule of exclusion in accordance with Interpretations on some Problems of Implementation of Administrative Procedural Law and Stipulation some issues of Evidences for Administrative Litigation of the Supreme People's Court. And the paper also makes some suggestions for perfecting this rule.
