Having experienced about 20 years' continued development, the real estate, as a whole, has slowly stepped into a lawful and benign-circulatory development orbit.Since the establishment of the first real estate corporation in china, there have been more than twenty thousand of them now. However, we should see that the areas of vacating commodity property still remains to be a considerable amount in recent years. The main reason leading this problem lies in the unreasonable and unscientific investment decision. For example, as the extending of opening in real estate market, the changing of the people's idea and the entering of the WTO, the factors of investment in real estate field are changing consistently. With the guiding of my tutor and many year's experience in this field, the article is aimed to analysis the risk in investment of real estate ,and offer some ways to against it.In the first, the article give the definition of the risk, the constitute and characteristics of it. Then the article is defining the classification of the risk and the relationship between the course and it. The article also suggests the method to analysis the risk. But the most important of the article is the detailed decision of the risk of investment in Shenzhen city and offers effective ways to against it.Because the writing of the article is basic on the development of real estate in Shenzhen city, it is practical and regional.
