Zhengzhou Xin Shiming Scientific and Technological Project Co. Ltd. is a new high-tech enterprise, which specially develops, produces and sells ophthalmic medical equipment and health goods. The company offers good products and high- quality service to consumers. However, with increasing rivals and the entry of the foreign trans-corporation after entering the WTO, the enterprise has to face enormous challenges from management and operation. In other to constantly strengthen and substantiate itself, it is necessary to improve and upgrade Company's present marketing tactics.This thesis mainly research the marketing management guided by related theories and based on the operation practice of Xin Shiming Scientific and Technological Project Co. Ltd. Through in-depth analyzing the market environment of domestic ophthalmic medical industry and the company's practice, the author has found that the main marketing problems are insufficient depth and scope of the product line, worse channel management, inadequate advertising input, too simple promote ways, the staff lacking systematic marketing knowledge, and the most important thing doesn't have a long-term and intact marketing tactics suiting the development of the company. According above problems, the author uses SWOT method to analyze the company's resource, and provides expanding the product line, the marketing mix strategy consisting of outstanding core products, pricing based on rival's strategy, strengthening advertisement to enlarge the whole market demand, strengthen existing channel, improving existed place and developing new place and the method for improving customer service. This thesis puts forward concreteimplementation advice to resolve the practical problems in the end.In a word, I draw a conclusion in this article that good product needs better marking management. That is to say, it is not enough to produce high quality goods only. As long as company sell its goods and leave a good image in customers' heart and cultivate the customer's loyalty degree, it can realize its target and gets exist and development space in the harder market competition.
