The ultimate way to achieve agricultural modernization is agricultural industrialization. Under the condition of relative deficiency of agricultural input, how to fulfill agricultural industrialization, promote the sustainable and healthy development of agriculture, as well as improve people' s living standard calls on continuous research.Agricultural industrialization is not only the great creation of peasants in their social practice, but also the result of social devolopment. It is the objective requirement of practicing "two changes" of agriculture. Relative shortage of agricultural input hapers both the process of agricultural industrialization 3nd t ho development of rural economics.
