Study On The System Of Integrity About Social Audit

Public accounting is competitive profession and the most CPA (Certified Public Accountant) firms are anxious to obtain new clients. However, it is essential for CPA firms to maintain its integrity, objectivity and reputation for providing high quality services. And asymmetric information lies in security market and causes "adverse selection" and "moral hazard"; the auditing of CPA that is in base of integrity can decrease it. But with the exposure of momentous financial fraud, audit quality draws unprecedented concern of society. Because constructing the credit system is prerequisite of economic market. Fraud committed by CPA has cause the direct crisis of credit. And it is time to construct integrity system of CPA.The structure of the study are as fellows: chapter 1 introduces research background; chapter 2 gives an overview of theoretical; chapter 3 the explains status quo of audit in our country; chapter 4 as the key sector of the paper, analyzes the reason why social credit gives up integrity; chapter 5,introduces several problems which have relation to the system of integrity; chapter 6,some suggestions are put forward.As to the recognition :(1) the characteristics of audit integrity system .(2)It is very difficult that CPA provides with services of integrity by market forces and internal control system. So non-market forces play an important role to heighten audit quality.Finally, according to the research, some recommendations are brought forward:(1) Establish and perfect the system of supervision.(2) Perfect the governing system and change the relationship of audit engagement.(3) Construct the credit system of society.(4) The standard on professional ethics of CPA should be paid more attention.
