Along with the constant promotion of the economic system reformation in our country and the competition in the market becoming more and more vigorously, How to adapt all kinds of opportunities and challenges is important basic for the enterprises to take part in marketing competition and realize development strategy. They must depend on the talented persons. So it is an urgent task that the enterprises are faced with. They need seek and establish an encouragement mechanism about the talented persons in order to meet the development of marketing economy.At the same time, the domestic and international practice proving that as a new financial derivative, the stock option can mobilize the enthusiasm of the executive, and prevent the short-term behavior. It can also reduce the enterprises' encouragement cost.According to this, the thesis took Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Corp as an example, trying to study a new path for the enterprises employee's encouragement. That is to say, we plan to make use of the stock option to perfect the enterprises employee's encouragement mechanism over a long time.The thesis is divided into six chapters.Chapter 1 Preface. In this chapter, we introduced source of the thesis, the main purpose for this investigation, the main content of the studying and the basic thought, etc.Chapter 2 Option and stock option. We introduced the basic conception of option and stock option, and the theoretical base of putting stock option into encouragement.Chapter 3 The practice of stock option encouragement mechanism, we primarily analyzed the United States stock option plan and four kind successful modes in our country.Chapter 4 The enterprise encouragement mechanism and its problems. We analyzed the encouragement mechanism of Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Corp, and pointed out the problems about the traditional encouragement mechanism.Chapter 5 The studying of stock option encouragement means. It is aimedat the lack of encouragement over a long time, introduced the stock option into encouragement mechanism, and studied how to choose the encouraged object, how to evaluate performance, how to adjust the exercise price of the stock option and how to confirm proper quantity to donate employees with stock option, etc.Chapter 6 Conclusion. We drew a conclusion and pointed out the questions that need go on studying.Among these, the performance evaluation and donating proper quantities with stock option to employees are emphasizes in this thesis. On the foundation of analysis the problems about enterprise performance evaluation system, we combined the actual conditions of Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Corp, brought up the thinking of performance evaluation about middle managers, and established the performance evaluation indexes system. We made use of many methods to give these indexes coefficient, and combined the fuzzy mathematics theories to change the valuing result into practical data. Then we analyzed the specialty of the human resource, made use of call option thought, introduced the adjusted Black-Scholes pricing formula, and combined the result of performance evaluation, so as to assess human resource value. Because of the given quantity of stock option should be fit with their achievement, so we linked achievement with adjusted exercise price to confirm the proper stock option quantities that will be sent to employees.The innovations of this thesis lie in setting up middle managers' performance evaluation indexes system, introducing call option thought to evaluate human resource value, and confirming the proper stock option quantities that will be sent to employees.
