The system of cooperation and political negotiation among multiparty leaded by the CPC is one fundamentally political system of our country. It's not only different from multiparty system of two-party system practiced in west capitalist countries, but also unlike the single-party system and two-party system of the former VSSR and east Europe .It takes on distinct Chinese feature. By means of analyzing the structure and functions of our socialist party politics, we've realized that the system of cooperation and political negotiation among multiparty leaded by the CPC has legitimacy and feasibility in its political structure and functions. Grand and profound changes have taken place in social environment and social structure of our country in the course of establishing and perfecting socialist market economic system. All these have brought new test to the system of cooperation and political negotiation among multiparty leaded by the CPC. Therefore, we must adapt positively to the variation of the times, consist, perfect and develop the basic system.
