A Research On The Mechanism Of Multi-parties Cooperation Under The Leadership Of Chinese Communist Party

The communist party of China leading the multi-party cooperation system, is different from other countries’ "the two-party system", "multi-party system" or "one-party", it is a system which other parties can’t compare with,it is the new political party system. Adhere to the leadership of the communist party of China’s multi-party cooperation, and further improvement the multi-party cooperation mechanism, are good for improving the ruling party’s ruling ability,ruling level, and their ability to participate in the government. Also it is beneficial to promote socialist democratic politics construction, advantageous to the force of the social society, and it can serve socialist modernization construction. At present, our country has entered to build a well-off society in an all-round way and building a socialist harmonious society is in full crucial stage.How to better strengthen cooperation and solidarity of the democratic parties, and to give full play to their role, becomes a problem we have to think about. Pointed out in the report to the party’s eighteen meeting, we should uphold and improve China’s system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the communist party, give full play to people’s political consultative conference as an important channel, deliberative democracy around the two themes :unity and democracy, promote political consultation. Advancing the construction of democratic supervision and participation in the system.In more than 60 years, the communist party of China leading the multi-party cooperation system has been experienced the preliminary formation, damage, restore the history of the development and gradually perfect the process.In this process, many important achievements has been made: firstly, it helps to perfect the political consultation mechanism, including the established political consultative overall coordination mechanism, the political consultative issue proposed mechanism, and the political consultative parties linkage mechanism. Thirdly, standardize democratic supervision mechanism, continuously widen democratic supervision scope, orderly expand democratic supervision path and gradually improve democratic supervision condition. Fourthly, Democratic Party gained great improvement in self-construction. Democratic Party should follow the requirement of mutual promotion between the ruling party and participatory party, take strengthening the ability of participating in the administration and discussion of state affairs and construction of advancement and universality as principle line, firmly follow the politics development path with Chinese characteristics, strengthen ideological building, organizational building, work style construction and institutional improvement, practically enhance political ability, ability of participating in the administration and discussion of state affairs, cooperation ability and ability of organization and coordination. Ensure Democratic Party can really participate in regime construction and social management; thirdly, create a good social atmosphere, construct multiple channels, improve the overall quality to enhance the binding force and effectiveness of democratic supervision; fourthly, strengthen the Democratic Party’s own political participation consciousness and organization consciousness to maintain exuberant vitality of democratic parties.Upholding and improving the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the communist party is an important successful experience for the socialism path with Chinese characteristics, system foundation for China’s economic, political and social science development and great contribution of Chinese people with communist party of China as representative to political civilization of mankind. In order to adapt the profound changes of international and domestic situation, develop socialist democratic politics, build socialist political civilization, we must unswervingly adhere to China’s multi-party cooperation system under the leadership of the communist party of China, further perfect the multi-party cooperation system, bring new vigor and vitality to the political party system and provide strong motivation for the reform and opening up and socialist modernization.
