Internet Addiction Disorder (IAD ), is a kind of addicting behavior accompanying the development and popularization of Internet Individuals with IAD are addicted in virtual mutual experience and information, and isolated of the society. Individuals with IAD are characterized as disorder in physical enginery, social function, and psychological function. Internet addiction disorder cached more and more attention, and became a research focus in psychology, clinical medicine, and sociology since the 1990s. Middle school students have strong cognitive curiosity. They favor fashion, but have weak self- control. Their philosophy and values are under formation. The importance and necessary of middle school students' healthy development determines that the research on middle school students with IAD has considerable academic and practical worth. 2 studies are included in this research. In the first study, case study is used to explore the curative effect and causes on abstaining Internet addiction disorder, the study method is psychotherapy of cognitive therapy and behavioral therapy. In the second study, during the isolation period by SASR, questionnaire surveys and interviews are used on 9 middle school students with IAD to explore the curative effect and causes on abstaining Internet addiction disorder. The research conclusions are below in detail:(1) Cognitive therapy and behavior therapy have strong positive curative effect on abstaining Internet addiction disorder of middle school students.(2) There are some effective techniques in cognitive therapy, such as cognition reconstruct, self-argue, self- imply, and self- inspirit.(3) There are some effective techniques in behavioral therapy, such as behavior obligation, reinforcement, and detestation therapy.(4) Medication therapy, eliminate stimulation and society sustain of environmental factors, attention transfer, writing diary and time planning of individual factors have some effective.(5) The effective clinical scheme of remedying Internet addiction disorder can be taken as a "trilogy", that is, deviate addiction--mentality healing--personality rebuild.(6) Light Internet addicts can be abstained by forcible measure, but moderate and serious Internet addicts can hardly be abstained by this measure.(7) The addicts' attitudes about Internet and their enjoyment on Internet using can help to forecast the degree of Internet addiction disorder and the degree of curative effect on abstaining Internet addiction disorder.
