On Deng Xiao Ping's Thought Of Modernization

As a historical progress, modernization means the shift from traditional agriculture society to modern industrial society. China's modernization began 184()'s opium war, but it entered normal orbit until the third session of the 11th congress of the CPC's central committee. The achievement of China's modernization is significant in twenty years after enforced the reform and open policy in 1978, this mainly attribute the success to Deng Xiao Ping's thought of modernization. This thesis discusses Deng Xiao Ping's thought of modernization from four aspects in order to grasp the whole system of Deng Xiao Ping's thought of modernization .Part I : The condition and background of Deng Xiao Ping's thought of modernization's formation. The special historical conditions in modern times of China fostered Deng Xiao Ping's modernization's consciousness. After the third session of llth congress of the CPC's central committee , under the background that the modernization is the trend of the world, Deng Xiao Ping ponder deeply the first generation group of the collective leadership of the CPC's successes and failures in realizing socialist modernization. He herited and developed Mao Ze Dong's true thought of Chinese modernization and integrated the new practices in the progress of reforming and opening, that formed Deng Xiao Ping's thought of modernization.Part II: The scientific connotation of Deng Xiao Ping's thought of modernization. The author think that connotation of Deng Xiao Ping's thought of modernization is the CPC with Deng xiao ping as its representative based on the special condition of China's modernization and formed the ideas of how to realize China's modernization. Deng Xiao Ping's thought of modernization including four aspects.Part III: The basic framework of Deng Xiao Ping's thought of modernization. According Deng Xiao Ping's whole plan, Chinese modernization is rich and comprehensive. It includes three levels:Economic modernization is the basement; system modernization is key ; people's modernization is the end.Part IV : The innovation of Deng Xiao Ping's thought of modernization. In the progress of combining the Marxism common truth with China's reality, it embodies Deng Xiao Ping's innovation. Deng Xiao Ping's innovation of Chinese modernization included the way, motive power, relation between China and other countries, targets and etc.
