The Research Of Applicable Financial Diagnosis System And Module Design

As the world economics globalizing, the enterprises (especially SME) in China face the increasingly severe competition which threaten their survivorship and development. As the main part of enterprise diagnosis, financial diagnosis has great practical value in improving operating management and financial management, in enforcing the competitive ability, in enhancing benefit.This dissertation tries to construct the widely applicable and functional financial diagnosis system in directing by VE, because there are too much theories, method and technique in financial diagnosis. Using the system, the diagnostician can cost less and gain more. At the same time, the dissertation tries to design the model of Half-expert System on Financial Diagnosis.First, based on summarizing home and abroad financial diagnosis, the dissertation analyzes the feasibility and significance of constructing financialdiagnosis system and designing the model of Half-expert System on Financial Diagnosis. Then, comparing the theories, method and technique in financial diagnosis, the dissertation chooses financial analysis, financial forecasting and financial crisis alarm and mends them to form the applicable financial diagnosis system. Finally, the dissertation designs the model of Half-expert System on Financial Diagnosis according the applicable financial diagnosis system.The applicable financial diagnosis system contains three taches and four modules. Three taches are Gathering Data, Analyzing & Diagnosing and Forming Diagnosis Report. Thereinto, Analyzing & Diagnosing is the central tache, which is composed of four modules: (1)New Du Pont Analysis Module, (2)Particular Diagnosis Module, (3)Financial Forecasting Module, (4)Financial Crisis Alarm Module.
