The Design For Financial Diagnosis & Analyticsystem Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises

This paper tries to conceive and design a financial diagnosis analytic system frame for small and medium-sized enterprises.Based on investigating on home and abroad financial diagnosis, it analyzes the feasibility and significance of establishing the financial diagnosis system. After it discusses information for the financial diagnosis evaluations system financial analysis, system analysis, on the basis of the system analysis yield logic model, it carries on system design and the detail design below the principles of design. In the end, this paper discusses how to use the information technology to build up system of financial diagnosis for small and medium-sized enterprises in our country.It chiefly is composing of below three diagnosis modules:(1) Capital Composition Diagnosis ModuleIt involves the assets composition diagnosis, the compositions diagnosis of debt, the owners' equity diagnosis.(2) Detailed Indexes Diagnosis ModuleThe Detailed Indexes Diagnosis diagnoses the steady capability, profit capability, maneuver capability and the growth capability of small and medium-sized enterprises.(3) Cash Flow Diagnosis ModuleThis module consists of the index analysis, the level analysis and the structural analysis.(4) Synthetically Diagnosis ModuleThe Financial Diagnosis chiefly utilizes the Wai's Point System invented by Alexander Wai and radar graph synthetically diagnosis to evaluate level of the financial health for small and medium-sized enterprises.Based on NT 4.0 operating system and the SQL Sever 2000 database, building the system needs using multiple languages, such as Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, etc. Building the financial diagnosis system needs sufficiently utilize different advanced techniques of software engineering, such as Object oriented, groupware technique, the well combination of the knowledge base technique and the data storehouse digging technique to develop expert system, which causes the system has many characteristics, such as simple operation, good stability, good maintainability, and so on.
