The Research On The Internet Service Provider's Responsibility About Torts

The problems that Internet related torts have become more and more serious in recent years. This brings forward a new challenge to the traditional legal system. In this thesis, the author made a research on an Internet service provider's responsibility about the infringement of copyright.Firstly, the article pointed out those form of expressions about Internet related torts, and have an analyses of their causes of formations and characters. Secondly, the article discussed that the conditions in the establishment of the torts and their doctrine of liability fixations. For the torts, the article also pointed out that there are two kinds of subjects. One of them is the Internet content provider. Whom we should use the doctrine of liability for wrongs. Another one is the network medium service provider. Whom we should use the doctrine of presumptive wrongs. Thirdly, the author discussed that the two kind of subjects illegalities of conducts, the responsibilities and the liability for torts. Lastly, the author have also given some advice and made some legislative suggestions.
