It is not easy for some college to collect enough money to build a high standard new school campus, which needs a great deal of money when the money the government offered is too limited. On the same time, the bank can't provide so much loan to college which prepares to build new school campus.Under this situation, the thesis anaysized that it is practical for college appling asset securitization techniques to collect funds that is needed when building a new school campus. Based on the foundmental principle of asset securitization, and in accordance with the characteristic of the cash flow which the new school campus construction project will produce after it is build up and used to provide education service, the thesis tend to design a feasible Asset-securitization structure that can be used efficiently to help collge collect money by means of Asset-securitization.
