The Study On Some Question Of Self-Admission System

As an old legal rule, self-admission has special significance in the two great legal systems, and has been great used in civil proceeding suit. In our country, it was first established by the supreme people s court in civil procedural evidence institution, and has begun to carry out. But in the beginning, the rule became many basic problems such as legal implication, the validity, the nature, the contents, suitable environment, etc. Those problems have not been concrete solved. On those questions, with the analysis and the comparison of the system of self-admission in or out of our county, the author makes proposals on construction self-admission system in Chinese civil proceeding law, so that can make it progress in the theory and the social practice.In this article, the primary discussion on self-admission's connotation and nature is in the first part, the constitution is in the second part and the consequence is in the next part. The fourth part is basic analyses on the condition and circumstances of the self-admission in our country. In the last part, the author gives some concrete ideas to improve this legal system in our country.
