Meanwhile, the principle of jurisdiction is relate to the domination of one country and the more importance, it is related to the security of our Chinese culture, so the article emphasize to discuss it and draw a conclusion, that is, because of the particular character of internet, the traditional jurisdiction principle will not adapt to the new environments on internet, we had better use the reference of the legislation experiences of other countries and mend our law to fit it. At the last of the article, the redress of tortuous copyrights and the principle of the copyrights trusteeship system are the main manner to protect the owners of copyrights, so we think that we should set up a special organization to solve the dissension of copyrights admission to use and tortuous copyrights on Internet. At the same time, the owner of the copyrights should joint up to found up the Group Administration of Copyrights to protect their rights and interests.
