In order to consummate the short-term financing strategy of the shipping company in china, the author points out, by imposing the analysis and research to the floating capital managements of shipping companies, that the management level for the floating capital of shipping company, especially the good settlement procedure and methods for accounts receivable in shipping company, provides good condition for shipping companies to adopt the venturesome financing policy in some extent. Therefore, author proposes that the corporation should apply the venturesome financing structure and adopt the accounts receivable financing methods, so that to provide some theory support and advisory suggestion for the consummation of short-term financing policy for shipping company.
